City Park-Hoa Policy

Please check with your local city parks and recreation department or Hoa for policies and procedures.

Please note that each city park is different on application process and fees, our park fee is separate from the Cities:

Certain parks do not allow inflatables, please check with your city or Hoa prior to booking for approved parks or locations.
City of Chandler parks and recreation requires that the Special Park activities application be turned in 10 days prior to party for approval. Town of Gilbert is 5 days Prior to party.
City of Mesa parks and recreation requires your special park application be turned in the Thursday Prior to your party, as they are closed Fridays.
We do not submit application for you, we just handle the insurance and contract notification to city parks or Hoa.
Someone must stay with the unit at all times from drop off to pick up.
A generator rental or your own personal generator is required, as we cannot use power at the city ramadas per city rules. We can use personal power from homes if close to the park.

Delivery Preparation

Q: Do we need to do anything to prepare prior to Drop off

A: Yes, Please make sure the Area for set up is free of Pet waste of all kinds, debris and any other obstructions as this will cause a delay in your drop off and affect the drop offs after you. Must turn off all Sprinkler systems prior to drop off and during duration of rental. Measure your area for placement, all units have set up area requirements, listed under units on our site. Units need to be free from rubbing on wall, bushes, easement. Please let us know if you have Narrow pathways, stairs or steps, gates, fences (36-inch opening required), bushes and or trees that may require additional time to navigate. Any and all information about your set up area will be helpful in making sure our drop off and pickups go smoothly, better service on our part. If you are unsure or question the space needed, please contact the office.
